Clam Shell Capsule Memory Bangle
“Look for seashells and you will find seashells; but open them and you will find pearls.”
Gathered from the lapping shores of a British beach, this beautifully textured closed clam shell has been cast in two halves, then fused together to create a permanent capsule. A special way to remember treasured memories by the sea. Over dozens of beach finds, I was drawn to cast this shell because of its symmetry and its texture.

Each piece is:
- thoughtfully made by hand in my Nottinghamshire studio.
- cast using sustainably sourced 925 sterling silver.
- sealed using a heatless laser for permanence, its precious content kept safe forever.
Dimensions - shell approx 20mm in width, bangle a substantial 3mm round.
Every design is handmade and will require you to send into the studio a small amount of ashes to seal inside the shell. Once an order is placed online you will be sent a small parcel to guide you through the processes of sending in the ashes or other precious content to be permantley encapsulated inside.
