The story behind The Quayside Collection:- this design is inspired by Cornish fishing heritage. Once the scene of a very busy and lucrative pilchard industry, fish were stored and preserved in āPilchard Palacesā. The remains of these wonderful palaces can be seen on the rocky shorelines in villages near Helenās shop and studio.
